The mission for Habitat for Humanity Restore of San Angelo is three-fold:
To keep unusable building materials and home improvement products out of the local landfill, saving valuable space, time and money!
To provide new and gently used home improvement materials at affordable prices to people of all income levels.
To generate additional funds to build more Habitat for Humanity homes in the San Angelo area, allowing more families in need the ability to purchase a simple, decent affordable home of their own.
Good for the Environment:
Did you ever think about what happens to all that stuff that is left over from a construction job or just wasted when contractors remodel a home or office? That’s right. It all goes into the local landfill. Just as everywhere else, our landfills are getting overburdened with waste. Buying from the Habitat ReStore helps reduce the amount of waste that goes into the local landfill.
In fact, since the store opened in 1996, thousands of pounds of wastes has been diverted from the landfill and has provided low-cost home improvement items to local homeowners.
We accept donations of new and gently used residential building materials and fixtures in good condition from individuals, remodeling jobs, retailers, business closeouts, contractors, manufactures and builders.
These good quality items are sold at a fraction of retail prices, with all profits going to Habitat for Humanity, San Angelo, TX.

Counter tops & cabinets
Plumbing fixtures and components
Used electrical fixtures, parts & supplies
Hardware, doors, windows
Carpets, flooring (wood, vinyl, brick, ceramic)
Trim & molding
Tools (hand, power tools & garden tools)
Doors, Interior & exterior
New & used furniture (no cloth or fabric furniture or mattresses can be accepted)
Decking material & fencing

How it Works!
New and used items are donated, which are then sold to the general public at 50% to 60% below regular retail prices. When possible, appropriate items are set aside for construction of Habitat homes. All other items are sold to our growing number of faithful customers. Income from the ReStore helps pay for the retail space, its staff and generates funding for building more homes in the San Angelo, TX.

You can get donations to us in one of two ways. You can deliver your donation to the Habitat ReStore during normal business hours on Monday-Thursday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday from 9 a.m. to noon. 401 N. Chadbourne St. San Angelo, TX
